Project cost calculators.

A quoted rate needs a measured denominator.

These tools use the prices in your own proposals. Their purpose is to show what those prices cover, which measured quantity they multiply and which work remains outside the subtotal.

A driveway measured in zones

The driveway quote comparison measures the drive, apron and related zones, then puts written bids on the scope they state. Its paving references belong to that project rather than becoming a universal construction allowance.

A metal roof with more than one area

The metal-roof cost ledger keeps installed roof surface, footprint and billed material separate. It converts quoted roofing squares and reconciles removal, deck repairs, accessories and labor before displaying a complete price per installed square foot.

A chimney stack and a basement wall

The chimney height and flashing check runs the IRC height and cricket rules on your own roof before any masonry line is priced. The foundation wall membrane worksheet measures the wall the code’s waterproofing section covers and reads a quoted membrane against that section’s material list.

A missing exclusion is still a question, even when another line looks inexpensive. Keep the contractor’s product specification and any provisional repair amount with the exported worksheet.
